Information handled
We handle account name, email, optional profile information, consent records, survey answers and bonus/request history. IP, device and session records may be retained for security; nonessential profile fields are optional.
Purposes
Information supports account security, study eligibility, response quality, bonus accounting and support. Marketing preferences are separate and optional; essential account security notices have a separate purpose.
Sharing
Businesses receive results and permitted aggregate analytics within their scope. Contact details are not automatically shared with every business. Any activated external AI, SMS, payment or other provider must have its purpose, shared data and applicable rules disclosed.
Location and media
Location permission is requested for a voluntary foreground field-task check-in; continuous background tracking is not enabled in this package. Uploading images, audio, video or files requires separate consent. Unchecked files remain quarantined.
Cookies and language
Essential session cookies support login and CSRF protection; language preference is retained. This package includes no advertising trackers. Automatic language uses browser preferences and, only with a trusted source enabled, coarse country; your manual choice takes priority.
Retention and requests
You can update your profile, revoke sessions and request data export or account deletion. The operator reviews requests; financial and audit records follow applicable retention rules, so immediate deletion of all records is not promised. A purpose-specific retention schedule must be approved by the operator.
